Refund policy

We're committed to ensuring that you love every Centered Life product that you purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to request a refund within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will refund 100% of your purchase price minus the shipping costs to return the items back to us.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@discovercenteredlife.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Centered Life, 21 Main Street, Ste 207, Lockport, NY 14094. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you prefer, a store credit can be issued within 24-48 hours of your return being shipped back to us, enabling you to purchase your new item quickly. 

Refunds
Refunds are made back to the original form of payment, after returned items are received by us and your return is approved. Your refund should then appear back to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@discovercenteredlife.com.
